The private lesson is challenging you to continually evolve and deepen your practice with a gentle guidance, it gives you confidence in your own body and sets you off on a regular yoga path.
Yoga in your chosen time, tailored around you and your needs.
You choose what is important to you and I will support you to achieve your goals.
We are all unique and we all have very specific bodies, needs and wishes.

* Finding peace and relaxation, easing out stress, anxiety, depression
* Learning yoga from the very beginning; modifications and the use of props, the right
body alignment, thorough breakdown of each individual pose, what each particular pose
affects in the physical, mental, spiritual realm. (Some poses are deeply relaxing, some
support digestion, metabolism etc.)
* Gentle yoga stretches for your specific issues (back, shoulders, neck, hip pain)
Whether your focus is on yoga asanas (physical body postures), kriyas (movements), pranayama (breath control) or meditation, I am happy to tailor for you a specific practice - your very unique routine for any time of the day!
