WHAT DO I TEACH?

 

*** Yoga: Combination of Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga and Kundalini yoga.

Implementing movements from: Qi Gong, Five Tibetans, Animal Flow 

 

 

*** Mindfulness: *Mindful living, breathing, moving, eating*

Mindful stretching, Moving meditation, Visualising, Pranayama (breath awareness techniques/control of pranic energy through the breath) and Mudras (yoga fingers) to guide the energy flow.

 

 

*** Meditation/relaxation: guided Clensing Chakra meditation, guided Progresive Relaxation, Consciousness Expanding meditation, basic meditation teachniques, meditation with mantras and mudras, Yoga Nidra.

 

 

Marci is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance UK.
